As Mister Roger’s mother once said, Look for the helpers, You will always find people who are helping. I am therefore determined to be positive being happy to be the help. A giver at heart, confident every gift given, will be paid forward. My goal isa your goal in accomplishing results. Both personal and professional development means the world to me and when I am mentoring or inspiring others is when I feel BIG.

 

Empowering tomorrow’s leader is defined by building powerful relationships or partnerships for others to succeed. When others are succeeding, so am I. My objective key result (OKR) is making dreams come true for everyone. From my team to yours, there is a purpose with every motion taken. Creating the space for other voices to speak up and completing projects shapes winners in our society. The 3 winners are therefore of our 1) employee groups to 2) serving our community or costumers to 3) taking care of business/organizations. Surrounding myself with amazing leaders makes anything possible. The only constant in life is change. Adapting to the needs thrives from an entrepreneur mindset, ultimately from a holistic point of view.

 

Seeking to understand every valued asset from the Board of Directors to Volunteers will keep us moving forward. Having ideal and realistic leadership styles has allowed me to go the distance in learning from every person I come into touch with. The most important strengths I have to offer are to be an includer, resourceful, relator, arranger, leaner, giver strategic, and achiever, technical and tactful. Ready for action in a fight or flight scenario allows me to welcome all help I can receive as much or more as I give. Grateful for all the learning opportunities life has given me and forgive those that did wrong.

 

Personally, Believing in myself is stepping into my mental health and understanding my emotional intelligence to overcome any challenges big or small. Becoming insightful of all the experiences in my life means also learning life is a balancing act. Sharing my love and kindness in all walks of life is therefore also a part of being a mission-oriented leader.

 

Operationally focus has allowed me to become a better version of myself every day. The role model I look up to is the one of myself in 10 years and chasing after him to make sure I am the leader everyone needs including myself.
